Rastergraf offers software support for VxWorks, LynxOS, Linux, Solaris, and Windows operating environments. Support is provided under SDL, WindML, X Windows, and Windows drivers.

SDL (Standard Drawing Library) is a scalable C graphics library designed for use with real-time and non-real-time operating systems. SDL is small, compact, ROMable, and offers device independent graphics functions for board level and embedded systems applications. Is available for VxWorks, LynxOS, Linux, and Solaris.

Rastergraf also provides support under VxWorks for Wind River's Wind ML GUI Development Software in conjunction with SDL.

The X Window System is a public domain, machine independent, network-based windowing system for graphics workstations. The most common platforms are Xfree86 (now part of the x.org distribution), X11R6 (from x.org), and Solaris Xsun (Sun proprietary for SPARC). Rastergraf servers are either complete X distributions or a loadable DDX module for SPARC Solaris XSun (Eclipse3PMC, Eclipse3CPCI, Eclipse3PCI, ArgusPMC, and GeminiPMC).

Windows 2000/XP drivers are available for most boards, and include, as appropriate, display and video capture. USB support for VCQ-M and VFG-M is part of the OS.
