delivers high performance graphics control solutions for
Solaris and Linux-based embedded computing environments.
It combines four Cirrus GD7555 64-bit graphics controllers
and a 2 port OPTi USB controller. Breakout cables are used
to adapt the VCQ-M's 68-pin mini-D connector to standard VGA
and USB cable ends.
Software
Software support includes PX Windows X11R6 server, DDX
drivers for the Solaris Xsun X-server, and the Standard
Drawing Library (SDL). All of these support multiple-monitor
installations. FCode is available in boards destined for
Solaris-based systems to allow the board to boot as system
console. VGA BIOS is provided for x86 installations.
